What this page covers

This policy covers the enajoin.enacast.com marketing website. The data families enter in the app (app.enajoin.enacast.com) is handled on behalf of each town and is explained in app privacy.

Data controller

En Antena Produccions SL, tax ID (NIF) B62608229, Av. Indústria, 51, esc. A, 4t 2a, 08960 Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona). Contact: hola@enacast.com · 933 72 36 61.

What data we handle and why

This website has no forms. We collect no personal data while you browse it.

If you write to us. The contact buttons open your email program to write to hola@enacast.com. We use your address and message only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: your request and the pre-contractual steps you ask for (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (GDPR art. 6.1.f).

Visit statistics. We count visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool we host ourselves on a server in Austria: it stores nothing in your browser, creates no persistent identifier, and we only see aggregate figures (page views, country, device type).

Server logs. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which temporarily logs technical data about each request, such as the IP address, to serve and protect the site.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. That is why we do not ask for consent with a banner.

How long

We keep emails for as long as needed to answer them and at most one year after the last contact, unless a business relationship starts; in that case, for as long as the law requires (for example, tax obligations).

Who can see it

We do not share the data with anyone. We use these providers, who process it on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Google (the enacast.com mailbox). Both are United States companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is the mechanism covering the international transfer.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to hola@enacast.com. If you believe we have not handled it correctly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
