Municipal discounts, without the paperwork
Every municipality’s fee ordinances are different, and no generic form tool can apply them. In EnaJoin your town’s pricing policy is configuration, not a separate spreadsheet.
Registered residence
A discount for families registered in the municipality. The certificate is uploaded inside the enrollment form and reviewed in one screen.
Large and single-parent families
Configurable percentage per valid card. The discount applies to the price immediately; the card is validated afterwards without blocking enrollment.
Income brackets
Fee brackets by household income for music schools and year-round services (roadmap: included in the pilot with the first towns).
Sibling discounts
Second and later siblings get an automatic reduction within the same family account (roadmap).
The complete circuit
- 1 The family picks the discount inside the form and it applies to the price immediately.
- 2 The supporting document is uploaded in the same step — no email, no counter queue.
- 3 Staff review everything in a single screen: approve, or reject with a reason.
- 4 The family gets the outcome by email automatically; rejections before payment recalculate the price.
- 5 Everything is traceable for the comptroller: who requested what, with which document, approved by whom.
🔒 Discount documents are the most sensitive data we handle (income, family composition). They are stored encrypted in EU-jurisdiction storage, with restricted access and per-season retention.
