Municipal discounts, without the paperwork
Every town sets its discounts in its fee ordinance. In EnaJoin, each discount percentage is your town’s configuration, not a separate spreadsheet.

Registered residence
A discount for families registered in the municipality, at the percentage the town sets. The certificate is uploaded inside the enrollment form and reviewed in one screen.
Large family
A percentage the town configures. The discount applies to the price immediately; the card is reviewed afterwards without blocking enrollment.
Coming soon
Single-parent families, income brackets and sibling discounts are on the roadmap. If your ordinances include them, tell us: it helps us prioritise.
The complete circuit
- 1 The family picks the discount inside the form and it applies to the price immediately.
- 2 The supporting document (certificate, card) is required and uploaded in the same step: no email, no counter queue.
- 3 Municipal staff review everything in a single screen: approve, or reject with a reason.
- 4 If it is rejected before payment, the enrollment goes back to the full price.
- 5 Who reviewed each discount, and when, is recorded for the comptroller.
Discount documents are the most sensitive data we handle (they can reveal family composition). They are stored on the app server in Germany and can only be downloaded by authenticated staff of the same town. They are not yet deleted automatically at season end, nor encrypted at application level. Full details on the page Security
