Every year, enrollment week arrives the same way: queues, phone calls and forms. What makes the difference is when the system is chosen: between January and April. May is too late.

  Catalog and outreach

  You publish activities and sessions, with the day and time enrollment opens. The catalog is linked from the town website; families can already create their family profile.

  ●

  Profiles ready

  Families fill in medical forms and consents calmly. On D-day they just pick a session and pay: load spreads out and the click race disappears.

  A quiet morning

  Enrollment opens at the announced time, with safe allocation, auditable order and an automatic waitlist. Staff follow occupancy in the backoffice; nobody calls the mayor.
