Accessibility statement

Last updated: 26 September 2026

Scope

En Antena Produccions SL is committed to making the enajoin.enacast.com website and the app.enajoin.enacast.com enrollment app, which towns use to provide a public service, accessible in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September on the accessibility of public-sector websites and mobile applications. This statement applies to both addresses, including each town’s catalog pages and families’ accounts.

Compliance status

The website and the app are partially conformant with standard UNE-EN 301 549:2022 (WCAG 2.1 level AA), due to the non-conformities and exceptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

No full verification yet. A complete review of every WCAG 2.1 AA criterion with automated tools and manual testing (keyboard and screen reader) has not been done yet. Until it is, we cannot guarantee full conformance.

Activity descriptions. Each town writes them in Catalan; in Spanish and English they may appear untranslated.

Documents families upload (certificates, cards as PDF or photo): these are outside our control and may not be accessible.

Payment page. Payment happens on the Redsys page of the town’s bank, which we do not operate.

Municipal staff area (printable lists, CSV exports): its accessibility has not been reviewed.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026 from a self-assessment by the provider, without an external audit. It will be reviewed when the criteria verification is complete and at least once a year.

You can report any accessibility problem, request excluded information or make suggestions by writing to hola@enacast.com or calling 933 72 36 61. You can also contact the town that organises the activity. We reply within 20 working days at most.

Enforcement procedure

If, after a request for accessible information or a complaint, you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the town that owns the service, under article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018.
